This week, and next, I'll be coming to you LIVE from Jerusalem, Israel, where I've returned to cover the war. By now, the ground invasion of Gaza has been going on for two weeks, and Israel is destroying Hamas -- but the anti-Israel protests around the world have only grown, and the U.S. may be pressing for a ceasefire.
What does this all mean? We'll break it down, and talk about the going political situation in the U.S. as well, on Israel and other issues.
Special guests:
Michael Doran - Hudson Institute, on the causes of the war
Jenny Beth Martin - Tea Party Patriots, on solidarity marches with Israel
Nicholas Fondacaro - NewsBusters associate editor, on media bias

This week's show will be slightly different from the norm: we'll focus on clips and topics, rather than guests -- and that, hopefully, will mean more input from the callers (unless you are all watching football on opening weekend).

Because Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu quoted this week's portion -- "Remember what Amalek did to you" (25:17), the South African government claimed he was commanding soldiers to commit genocide.
It was an absurd and malevolent misreading of the Bible and of Jewish tradition. The commandment, as observed by Jews today, is to remember the evil of Amalek and fight ...
